2. Products

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, actual colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings. Minor variations in fabric, finish or measurements may also occur as part of the garment-making process.

3. Sizing

Customers are requested to carefully review the size chart available on the website before placing an order.

If you experience a sizing issue, you may request a size exchange in accordance with our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Orders

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, the order enters our processing system.

Please ensure that your size, delivery address, phone number and other order information are correct before completing your purchase.

5. Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once successfully placed.

Customers are therefore requested to carefully check all product, size, quantity, address and payment information before confirming an order.

This provision does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian consumer law.

6. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable taxes, international shipping charges or other applicable charges will be displayed or communicated before the relevant payment is completed.

Payments are processed using the payment methods and payment gateways available on our website.

7. Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping within India.

Orders are generally dispatched within 7–10 business days after successful order confirmation unless otherwise mentioned on the relevant product page.

International shipping is available. International shipping charges will depend on the destination and will be displayed or communicated where applicable.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligible return or size-exchange requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

Products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

This does not affect remedies available to customers for defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed products under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including the Kāmनारी name and logo, photographs, videos, graphics, text, original artwork and other brand content, belongs to Kāmनारी or is used with appropriate permission.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, commercially exploited or distributed without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with website functionality or use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
