Refund policy

At Kāmनारी, every piece is prepared with care, and we want you to feel confident while shopping with us. Please review the following exchange, refund and cancellation terms before placing your order.

1. Size Exchange

We offer a one-time size exchange for eligible products.

A size exchange request must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

Please mention your order number and required replacement size.

The replacement size will be subject to availability or our ability to produce the requested size.

2. Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

Be unworn and unused
Be unwashed
Be unaltered
Have all original tags attached
Be in its original condition
Be returned with its original packaging, where reasonably possible
Show no stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks or other signs of wear

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for an exchange.

3. Exchange Shipping

For size exchanges requested by the customer, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Any applicable shipping arrangements or charges will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

If the exchange is required because Kāmनारी supplied an incorrect, damaged or defective product, reasonable return or replacement shipping costs will be borne by Kāmनारी, where applicable.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, where relevant
A brief description of the issue

An unboxing video is strongly recommended, particularly for damaged-in-transit claims, as it may help us investigate the issue with our logistics partner.

Once the issue has been verified, Kāmनारी will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

5. Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered for change of mind, personal preference, fit preference or incorrect size selection.

Where a product is verified as damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, an appropriate resolution will be provided. This may include a refund where applicable or required under consumer law.

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be initiated to the original payment method.

The time required for the amount to appear in your account after initiation may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

6. Cancellation

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled.

We request customers to carefully check the product, colour, size, quantity, delivery address and contact information before completing their order.

Nothing in this provision limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer law.

7. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

Subject to applicable consumer rights, products may not qualify for exchange where:

The 3-day exchange window has expired
The product has been worn, washed or used
Original tags have been removed
The garment has been altered by the customer or a third party
The product has been damaged after delivery
There are stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks or other signs of wear
The garment has not been cared for according to the provided care instructions
A size exchange has already been completed for the same order

8. Colour & Minor Variations

Product colours may appear slightly different due to photography, lighting conditions and individual screen or device settings.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the appearance, quality or functionality of the garment will not ordinarily be considered manufacturing defects.
